Finance Administrator


The successful candidate will be working within a fast-paced busy environment, with a real team buzz! You will be responsible for providing finance administrative support through excellent working relationships and communication with the finance and project teams, providing support and assisting with the resolution of any problems effectively.


Key Responsibilities;

-Raising Applications for Payment

-Raising Sales Invoices

-Processing Cash Receipts

-Credit Control

-Raising Purchase Orders

-General Accounts Admin

-Answering calls to the business and assist clients and suppliers as required

-Filing all approved & issued invoices, electronically



Candidate Attributes;

-Previous administration experience

-Competent IT skills in Sage, Word, Excel and Outlook

-Attention to detail & Self driven

-Ability to work as part of a team and individually

-Good verbal and written communication skills

-Must be able to multitask and be pro-active

-Excellent organisational skills

-SAGE 200 experience

-SAGE 200 Construction experience would be an advantage but not essential


Hours- 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday (one hour lunch) + 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Life Insurance + Cycle to work scheme + potential to earn 5% annual bonus!
